Mission Statement

To hold Juvenile and Adult offenders accountable by providing research based supervision, referrals to appropriate rehabilitative services, and facilitating restorative just practices designed to prevent future delinquent and criminal behavior.

Our Purpose

The Probation Department administers Adult and Juvenile Probation services for the 10th Judicial District Court. The Department completes pre-sentence investigations, domestic abuse assessments, chemical use assessments (traffic/alcohol related only), bail evaluations, and provides supervision for all juvenile and adult misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor offenders as ordered by the Court. The Department also provides, monitors, and coordinates programs to meet the needs of offenders including Juvenile Diversion, Juvenile Cognitive Restructuring Program, Juvenile Bullying Program, Juvenile Shoplifting Program, Juvenile Positive Change Program, Juvenile Restorative Group Conferencing, Home Electronic Monitoring (HEM), Adult P.I.C.K. Alcohol Orientation Program, Remote Alcohol Monitoring (REAM), Pretrial Conditional Release Supervision, Adult Cognitive Restructuring Program, Adult Driving with Care Level II Education program, random drug and alcohol testing, community service work, Isanti Release Advanced Planning - Re-entry program and other programs.
